Our Setup

If we are driving to your event...
we will bring all our stuff and be very self-sufficient. But we do ask for a few things.

We will need:

-
An inside or covered location if there is any rain in the forecast. Rain will ruin the portraits immediately.
-
An inside location if it is exceedingly hot or cold outside. Extreme cold or heat for an extended time negatively affects our ability to draw and paint well.
-
A spot for our table that is clear for at least 10 x 10 feet. We need room for guests to stand back and pose for their picture.
-
A linen for our table, if you prefer that we use it. (We bring a solid black one to use if you don't have a preference.)

These would be helpful:
-
A location as far away as possible from any loud speaker or band. (Very loud music will make it difficult to communicate with your guests.)
-
An outlet to plug in our lights. (We do have a portable power station if this isn't possible.)
-
A sturdy table that is at least 6 feet long and 2 feet wide, about 28-33" high. (But we have a portable table we always bring with us in case we need it.)
-
Two or three chairs, depending on the number of artists. (But we bring two chairs with us in case we need them.)

If we are flying to your event...
we will bring our essential equipment in a suitcase, but we will still need certain things:
